Has been a personal advisor to Katie Kupstas, Founder of ICW and many other ICW members. She is a remarkable entrepreneur and former refugee that embarked on an extremely difficult  journey from Vietnam to the United States as a teenager. Overcoming adversity, she completed her high school education, pursued her scientific aspirations at Villanova University and became a chemist. She worked at Merck Pharmaceuticals for many years and was on the founding team that created the antiviral drug for HIV. Is a Senior Politics and International Relations student at The University of East London. With a prior internship at Kelley Jasons LLP in Philadelphia, PA, she gained valuable experience in the legal field. Currently serving as a student representative at UEL, Madeleine holds a vital policy maker role within the university community. Since September, she has been an integral part of the ICW team, contributing her skills and dedication to the organization's mission and assisting with strategy for the company overall.

Kylee Dwinal

Is an essential part of the ICW team, leveraging her skills and experience as a Junior Graphic Designer at Millersville University. With a background as a design intern at the Lancaster Barnstormers baseball team, her passion for design and creativity shines through. Beyond her ICW contributions, Kylee's role as President of the Marauder Graphics screen-printing club and her work as Millersville's Athletic Communications and D2 Ice Hockey Team's Photographer demonstrate her dedication to both her craft and her community.
